Return Policy

To return an item for a refund , please Click on Alexo Return Portal to complete the Refund Request/Return for qualified products:

Merchandise must be returned within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery.
Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and must have all tags attached.
Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within the 30-day period.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gift certificates are non refundable and non transferable. Any item purchased with a gift card that meets the return policy guidelines and is returned successfully will have refund issued in form of store credit. There will be no cash or credit refunds.
All sale items are final sale, no exchanges or refunds will be granted.
