To Return an item for a refund or exchange, please Click on Alexo Exchange / Return Form to complete the Refund/Exchange Request Form.
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and must have all tags attached.
- Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within the 30-day period.
- A process and handling fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund if purchased online.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Gift certificates are non refundable and non transferable. Any item purchased with a gift card that meets the return policy guidelines and is returned successfully will have refund issued in form of store credit. There will be no cash or credit refunds.
- All sale items are final sale, no exchanges or refunds will be granted.
Please click on Alexo Exchange / Return Form to complete a return/exchange request form (have your order information ready to refer to). Upon completion you will receive a confirmation email that it has been submitted and received and notification if the return / exchange is approved. If the item(s) is / are approved, we will ship the new item and send you a tracking number or issue a refund. Any items returned to us that do not meet the above requirements will not be processed and will be shipped back to the original address on the receipt at the buyer’s expense.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must provide us with tracking information. Any packages that do not have tracking information and do not show up to our fulfillment center are not our responsibility and we will not be responsible for any fees associated with the package. Please mail all returns / exchanges to the following address once you receive an email stating your refund or exchange has been approved.
